Is the Kuni Dominator OP??

For fear of this school being too powerful, I added a sidebar that states the Dominator will need to succeed on summoning the Oni during a downtime scene in order to use their power in a later scene. 

Then mentioned why the Oni would need to leave the PC's side, it's because the Witch Hunters are just itching to label the PC a traitor and kill them. (btw.... I guess the likelyhood of being hunted to depend on... Honor rank?, or maybe Glory? I should add that.)

Lastly, placed a word of caution: Be careful making the oni super powerful, you might have to fight that thing if you lose control via a failed Accursed Summoning ritual.
